We provide opportunities throughout the year for our church family and friends to contribute to various disaster relief efforts through our denomination's disaster relief organization, United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). UMCOR is unique in that 100% of all contributions designated for a specific relief effort go toward relief only and not to administrative costs. Because the United Methodist Church is connectional, our contribution is multiplied with other UM congregations as well as a multitude of other organizations that UMCOR partners with to reach as many parts of the world as possible.

UMCOR Emergency Relief Kits. Our church prepares and sends UMCOR kits each year to the Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. The kits will be sent to theUMCOR Sager Brown Depot for emergency relief around the world.
