For many years, we have had covenant relationships with two United Methodist Church missionaries, one in the US and one international. These covenant relationships allow us to become personally acquainted with missionaries and their work, which inspires us to become more committed to God's mission in our world through the global outreach ministries of the United Methodist Church.

For each of these covenants, our church has 3 responsibilities:

• Commit to an annual full share of support for our missionaries
• Write to our missionary
• Pray for our missionary

In turn, our missionaries have these responsibilities:

• Pray for our congregation.
• Communicate by letter
• During scheduled periods of itineration, visit our congregation.

Meet the Missionaries we support:

Steve Hodges, a missionary of the United Methodist Church assigned to the Jubilee Project in Sneedsville, Tennessee; who helps the people of rural Hancock County, Tennessee to start their own small businesses to become economically independent.
